Today, we invite you to contribute to this special initiative in honor of Dr. Martin’s legacy, as we work toward securing the full endowment of this new chair before his retirement at the end of 2024. Your support will help create a lasting tribute to his outstanding leadership and contributions to the field of ophthalmology. The endowed chair will support the Cole Eye Institute's most critical priorities, with a particular focus on advancing the groundbreaking work Dr. Martin has led in the fight against age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and other retinal diseases. This chair will help propel ongoing research, education and innovation in the pursuit of better treatments—and ultimately a cure—for blinding eye diseases.
